中文摘要:
      对比研究新型低结晶度聚乙烯与三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)的性能。结果表明:与EPDM胶料相比,新型聚乙烯胶料的加工安全性较好,交联密度较大,硫化速率较快,耐低温性能较好,气密性可达到同一水平,综合性能良好,新型聚乙烯可以作为EPDM的替代材料应用于橡胶制品生产。
英文摘要:
      The properties of new type polyethylene and Ethylene Propylene Diene Monome(EPDM) were studied.The results showed that,compared with EPDM,the new type polyethylene had better processing safety,higher crosslinking density,faster curing rate,better low temperature resistance,the same level of air tightness and good comprehensive performance.The new type polyethylene which could be used in the production of rubber products as an alternative to EPDM.
