      从硫化胶囊选型及厚度和排气线设计方面分析其对全钢载重子午线轮胎质量的影响。硫化胶囊选型应根据轮胎尺寸使其直径伸张比为15%~25%、断面周长伸张比为15%~20%。硫化胶囊厚度应综合考虑硫化质量、效率和硫化胶囊使用寿命进行优化。在满足轮胎质量要求的条件下,硫化胶囊可优先选择碎石形排气线,且排气线密度应适中。
英文摘要:
      The effet of curing capsule type selection,thickness and exhaust line design on quality of truck and bus radial tire was analyzed.The type selection of curing capsule should be based on the tire size to make the diameter elongation ratio to be 15%~25% and the section perimeter elongation ratio to be 15%~20%.The thickness of curing capsules should be optimized by considering the curing quality,efficiency and service life of curing capsule.Under the condition of meeting the tire quality requirements,the gravel shaped exhaust line could be preferentially selected for the curing capsule,and the exhaust line density should be moderate.
