| The IATF16949：2016 quality management system was for the design，development，production and related assembly and installation of automotive related products.The core principles of IATF 16949：2016 quality management system and the five important tools in the quality management process were introduced.The system combined plan，do，check and act (PDCA) cycle with a risk-based prevention thinking，could help tire enterprises to improve their overall performance，meet the quality management requirements of supporting OEMs，enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise，and establish a good basis for promoting the sustainable development of enterprise. |
