| 研究以2＋2×0.35ST钢丝帘线替代2＋7×0.28HT钢丝帘线应用于轻型半钢载重子午线轮胎带束层。结果表明：与2＋7×0.28HT钢丝帘线相比，2＋2×0.35ST钢丝帘线直径和线密度小，压延后钢丝帘布质量小；以2＋2×0.35ST钢丝帘线替代2＋7×0.28HT钢丝帘线用于带束层试制185R14C 8PR，195R15C 8PR和225/65R16C 8PR轻型半钢载重子午线轮胎，工艺性能良好，成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、高速性能和耐久性能均满足相应国家标准和企业标准要求，且单胎质量减小，生产成本降低。 |

| The application of 2＋2×0.35ST steel cord instead of 2＋7×0.28HT steel cord in belt of semi-belted light truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that，compared with 2＋7×0.28HT steel cord，the diameter and linear density of 2＋2×0.35ST steel cord were smaller，and the quality of calendered steel cord was smaller.185R14C 8PR，195R15C 8PR and 225/65R16C 8PR semi-belted light truck and bus radial tire was trial-produced using 2＋2×0.35ST steel cord to replace 2＋7×0.28HT steel cord in belt.The results showed that，the process performance was good，the inflated peripheral dimention，strength，high speed performance and durability of finished tire met the requirements of national and enterprise standards，the single tire weight and the production cost were reduced. |
