      以215/55R17半钢子午线轮胎为研究对象,通过改变胎侧搭接宽度设计3个方案,研究不同方案轮胎的接地特性,预测其干地制动距离,并利用实车测试结果进行验证。结果表明:当轮胎接地面积大、中间接地长度大、接地宽度大、接地长度比值大、下沉量和矩形率小、接地印痕接近椭圆形时,可以预测其干地制动距离较短,车辆操纵安全性好;通过接地特性预测轮胎干地制动距离的方法有效。
英文摘要:
      Taking 215/55R17 steel-belted radial tire as the research object,three schemes were designed by changing the overlap width of sidewall,the tire ground contact characteristics and dry ground braking distance of different schemes were studied and verified by the real vehicle test results of tire.The results showed that,when the tire had large grounding area,middle grounding length,grounding width,ratio of grounding length,small sinkage and rectangularity,and the ground footprint close to ellipse,it could be predicted that the dry ground braking distance of tire was short,the vehicle handling safety was good.This method was effective to predict the dry ground braking distance of tire by its ground contact characteristics.
