      分析全钢子午线轮胎胎里露线的检查方法和产生原因并提出预防措施,介绍两鼓成型机、三鼓成型机和轻卡轮胎成型机平宽的测量方法。胎体帘线假定伸张值过大,容易产生胎里露线等缺陷;改造检查区域的灯光设置可以降低漏检率;选取合适的胎体帘线假定伸张值,确定成型机钢圈定位等关键控制点,提高生产工艺精度,降低生产缺陷和改进检测方法可以降低胎里露线缺陷率和漏检率。
英文摘要:
      The inspection methods,causes of exposed cords in inner surface of all-steel radial tire were analyzed and the corresponding precautions were proposed.The measure methods of the width of bead to bead of the two-drum,three-drum and light truck tire building machine were discussed.Exposed cords in inner surface were easy to produce when carcass cord presumed stretch ratio was too high.The missed detection rate could be reduced by changing light settings of inspection area.Defect rate and missed detection rate of exposed cords in inner surface could both be reduced by choosing moderate carcass cord presumed stretch ratio,confirming critical control points such as building machine bead wire location,improving process accuracy,reducing production defects and improving test method.
