| 针对橡胶履带挤出胶料尺寸偏差、断面不均、膨胀失控等问题，提出一种基于数据拟合的橡胶履带胶料挤出口型设计方法。以螺杆挤出成型机理为基础，分析口型设计关键影响因素，引入最小二乘法数据拟合建立胶料挤出膨胀因数预测数学模型，完成口型轮廓与流道结构的精准设计。通过现场调试与口型参数优化，实现挤出速度均匀、尺寸精度稳定、表面质量提升的目标。数据拟合方法可有效降低口型设计试模次数，缩短开发周期，为橡胶履带及其他橡胶制品胶料挤出口型设计提供工程化解决方案。 |

| Addressing the issues of the extruded rubber compound of rubber track，such as dimensional deviation，uneven cross-section and uncontrolled expansion，a design method for the extrusion die of rubber track based on data fitting was proposed. Based on the mechanism of screw extrusion molding，the key influencing factors of die design were analyzed，the method of least squares for data fitting was introduced to establish a prediction mathematical model for the extrusion expansion coefficient of rubber compound，and the precise design of the die contour and runner structure was completed.Through on-site debugging and die parameter optimization，the goals of uniform extrusion speed，stable dimensional accuracy，and improved surface quality were achieved.The data fitting method could effectively reduce the frequency of mold trials in die design，shorten the development cycle，and provide engineering solutions for the design of extrusion die for rubber track and other rubber products. |
