| 研究炭黑和白炭黑品种对履带车辆着地胶块性能的影响。结果表明:对比3个白炭黑品种,随着白炭黑粒径的减小,硫化胶的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度呈增大趋势,压缩疲劳温升升高,抗切割性能呈提高趋势;对比4个炭黑品种,随着炭黑结构度的增大,硫化胶的硬度、300%定伸应力和拉伸强度呈增大趋势,压缩疲劳温升升高;添加炭黑N330和N375的硫化胶撕裂强度较大,添加炭黑N326的硫化胶压缩疲劳温升较低,添加炭黑N330的硫化胶拉断伸长率较大,耐磨性能和抗切割性能较好;添加白炭黑1165和炭黑N326的硫化胶耐老化性能较好。 |

| The effects of different types of carbon black and silica on the properties of rubber track pads for tracked vehicles were investigated.The results showed that,compared with 3 types of silica,with the silica particle size decreasing,the tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength of vulcanizates showed an increasing trend,the compression fatigue heat build-up increased and the cutting resistance was improved.Compared with 4 types of carbon black,with carbon black structure increasing,the hardness,modulus at 300% and tensile strength of vulcanizates showed an increasing trend,the compression fatigue heat build-up increased,the vulcanizate filled with carbon black N330 and N375 showed higher tear strength and the vulcanizate filled with carbon black N326 exhibited lower compression fatigue heat build-up,the vulcanizate filled with carbon black N330 showed higher elongation at break,better wear resistance and cutting resistance,the vulcanizates filled with silica 1165 and carbon black N326 exhibited better aging resistance. |
