| 研究轨道车辆D360联轴器楔形橡胶块的硫化工艺。对楔形橡胶块骨架喷砂、除尘、涂胶等工序进行了针对性的优化，金属与橡胶粘接良好；采用Sigmasoft软件对楔形橡胶块的硫化时间和硫化温度进行精细化仿真，得出在143 ℃下硫化30 min时，楔形橡胶块性能稳定，外观及性能满足设计及使用要求。 |

| The vulcanization process of wedge-shaped rubber block for D360 coupling of rail vehicle were studied.The targeted optimization were carried out on the sandblasting，dust removal，and glue coating processes of the wedge-shaped rubber block skeleton，and the bonding property between metal and rubber was good.The fine simulation of the vulcanization time and vulcanization temperature of wedge-shaped rubber blocks was carried out using Sigmasoft software，and it was found that after vulcanized for 30 minutes at 143 ℃，the appearance and performance of the wedge-shaped rubber block were stable and met the design and usage requirements. |
