      研究重型汽车发动机悬置橡胶材料性能一致性的控制方法,通过红外光谱、热重分析、平衡溶胀试验等方法研究橡胶材料配方和交联网络结构方面的一致性控制参数,利用离散度P值对橡胶材料性能一致性进行管控。结果表明,一致性控制方法实施后,橡胶材料性能的稳定性和发动机悬置的动静刚度比稳定性均明显提高。
英文摘要:
      The property consistency control method of rubber materials for the engine suspension of heavy duty vehicles was investigated. The property consistency control parameters of rubber materials formula and crosslinking network structure were studied through infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,equilibrium swelling experiment and other methods. The dispersion P-value was used to evaluate and manage the property consistency of rubber materials. The results showed that after the implementation of the consistency control method,the stability of the rubber material properties and the dynamic-to-static stiffness ratio of the engine suspension were significantly improved.
