| The installation and commissioning，accuracy adjustment and maintenance methods of tire building machine were introduced.The main installation steps of the tire building machine included on-site verification of the foundation，marking，determination of target points，installation of embedded iron，pouring concrete and installation targets.After installation，the accuracy of the building machine needed to be adjusted to reach the design accuracy.The accuracy adjustment of tire building machine included the selection of datum，the accuracy adjustment of transmission system，etc.The maintenance of tire building machine included the repeated positioning accuracy inspection，the conveying accuracy inspection，the tension inspection of synchronous belt，bearing maintenance and chain maintenance，etc.The better the stability of the tire building machine was，the longer the service life was，the stronger its market competitiveness was. |
