      利用热空气老化理论研究在航空发动机中主要使用的氟橡胶(牌号FX-17)和氟醚橡胶(牌号FM-1)在高温下的老化寿命。利用阿伦尼乌斯方程拟合压缩永久变形性能变化与老化时间的关系,建立在贮存温度下的老化动力学方程,估测两种橡胶在常温下的贮存寿命。试验结果具有较好的线性关系和相关性。氟醚橡胶在长时间贮存情况的形变保持率优于氟橡胶。
英文摘要:
      The aging life of fluororubber(FX-17) and fluoroether rubber(FM-1) mainly used in aeroengines at high temperature was studied by using hot air aging theory.The Arrhenius equation was used to fit the relationship between the change of compression set and aging time,and the aging kinetic equation at storage temperature was established to estimate the storage life of the two rubbers at room temperature.The test results had a good linear relationship and correlation.Fluoroether rubber had better deformation retention rate under long-term storage than fluororubber.
