      研究碳化硅(活化处理后制为碳化硅预分散母炼胶)作为导热材料在天然橡胶(NR)、丁腈橡胶(NBR)和三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)中的应用。结果表明:加入碳化硅对NR,NBR和EPDM胶料的硫化特性和物理性能影响不大,可以提高NR,NBR和EPDM胶料的热导率;碳化硅用量越大,NR,NBR和EPDM胶料的热导率越大,碳化硅的适宜用量为20份;加入碳化硅可以延长橡胶制品的使用寿命。
英文摘要:
      The application of silicon carbide(the silicon carbide pre-dispersed masterbatch were prepared by activation treated silicon carbide) as thermal conductive material in NR,NBR and EPDM were studied.The results showed that,the addition of silicon carbide had no significant effect on the vulcanization characteristics and physical properties of NR,NBR and EPDM compounds,and could improve the thermal conductivity of NR,NBR and EPDM compounds.The larger the amount of silicon carbide was,the higher the thermal conductivity of NR,NBR and EPDM compounds were,and the appropriate amount of silicon carbide was 20 phr.Adding silicon carbide could prolong the service life of rubber products.
