      综述促进剂MBT废渣综合利用的研究进展。促进剂MBT废渣的综合利用已从简单的直接填埋处理发展到减量化、多种资源化、高值化利用技术,包括回收硫黄、二硫化碳、促进剂MBT,转化并回收苯并噻唑,以及生产化学塑解剂TG、沥青改性剂和稳定剂、热塑性树脂、用作橡胶硫化剂等。未来促进剂MBT废渣综合利用研究的发展方向为开发更加绿色高效的分离技术,拓展应用领域,研发绿色生产技术。通过技术创新和产业协同,有望实现环境保护与经济效益的双赢。
英文摘要:
      The research progress of comprehensive utilization of accelerator MBT waste residue was reviewed.The comprehensive utilization of accelerator MBT waste residue had evolved from simple derect landfill disposal to technologies involving reduction,multi-resource recovery and high-value utilization,which including the recovery of sulfur,carbon disulfide,accelerator MBT,the conversion and recovery of benzothiazole,as well as the production of chemical plasticizers TG,asphalt modifiers,stabilizers,thermoplastic resins,and applications as rubber vulcanizing agents.Future research directions for the comprehensive utilization of accelerator MBT waste residue focus on developing more green and efficient separation technologies,expanding application fields and advancing green production techniques.Through technological innovation and industrial collaboration,a win-win situation for both environmental protection and economic benefits was expected to be achieved.
