      开发一种实验室摩擦和磨耗试验机在不同负荷下胶轮与路面间静态接触压强的测试方法。该方法设计一套可以装在万能试验机上的夹具,其适用于阿克隆磨耗试验机、兰伯恩磨耗试验机和RTM综合摩擦试验机等的胶轮与路面。测试过程如下:用上夹具固定试验胶轮,下夹具固定试验机的路面轮;在路面放一张坐标纸,在胶轮与路面的接触部位涂上印泥,开启试验机,以一定的负荷将胶轮压到路面上,在坐标纸上得到胶轮的接地印痕;利用显微镜测试印痕面积,通过负荷和印痕面积比得到胶轮与路面间在一定负荷下的静态接触压强。该方法适用范围广,可为实验室模拟轮胎行驶摩擦试验参数的设置提供重要指导。
英文摘要:
      A test method for the static contact pressure between rubber wheel and road of the laboratory friction and wear testing machine under different loads was developed,a set of fixtures that could be installed on the universal testing machine were designed in this test method,which could be applied to the rubber wheel and road of Akron wear tester,lamborn wear tester and RTM comprehensive friction tester.The test processes were as follows:The upper fixture fixed the test rubber wheel,and the lower fixture fixed the road wheel of the testing machine.A piece of coordinate paper was put on the road,the contact part of the rubber wheel and road was coated with printing mud,turned on the testing machine,the rubber wheel was pressed onto the road with a certain load,and the footprint of the rubber wheel on the coordinate paper was get.The footprint area was tested by a microscope,the static contact pressure between the rubber wheel and road under a certain load was obtained by the ratio of the load and the footprint area.This method had a wide range of application and could provide important guidance for the setting of parameters of simulating tire driving friction test in the laboratory.
