      介绍12.00R24 20PR全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 222 mm,断面宽 310 mm,行驶面宽度 238 mm,行驶面弧度高 6.5 mm,胎圈着合直径 613 mm,胎圈着合宽度 230 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.064 4,采用混合型花纹,花纹深度 21 mm,花纹饱和度 78%,花纹周节数 60。施工设计:胎面采用三复合结构形式,胎体采用0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线,采用4层带束层结构,1#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,2#和3#带束层采用3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,采用三鼓一次法成型机成型,热板式硫化机氮气硫化。成品试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均符合相应国家标准或企业标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 12.00R24 20PR truck and bus radial tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 222 mm,cross-sectional width 310 mm,width of running surface 238 mm,arc height of running surface 6.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 613 mm,bead width at rim seat 230 mm,and maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 1.064 4,using hybrid pattern,pattern depth 21 mm,block/total ratio 78%,and number of pattern pitches 60.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using three-extrusion form for the tread,0.25+6+12×0.225HT steel cord for carcass,adotped 4 layers belt structure,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1# belt,3+8×0.33HT steel cord for 2# and 3# belt,5×0.30HI steel cord for 4# belt,using three-drum single-stage building machine to build tire,and hot plate curing press to nitrogen cure tire.The test results of the finished tire showed that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance,durability and high speed performance met the requirements of corresponding national or enterprise standards.
