| 针对某自动化生产线轨道导引小车(RGV)承载机构搬运货笼过程中的卡滞、控制柜布线空间不足、执行机构调整需改动硬件接线、输送承接过程动作超时故障频发等问题,结合原有机械结构不改动的技术改造原则,采用西门子S7-1200可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)为主控单元,搭配丹福斯iC2-Micro变频调速装置、低压电器、接近开关传感器完成RGV承载机构电气控制系统的升级改造。改造后设备电气故障停机率下降87.9%,生产线综合产能提升38.3%,设备运维成本大幅缩减,可为同类型自动化生产线的电气控制系统改造提供参考。 |

| In view of the questions such as the jammed condition,insufficient wiring space of the control cabinet,the need to change the hardware wiring for the adjustment of the actuator,and the frequent occurrence of overtime failures in the conveying cargo cage process of the RGV bearing mechanism of an automated production line,combined with the technical transformation principle of the original mechanical structure unchanged,Siemens S7-1200 programmable logic controller(PLC) was used as the main control unit,and Danfoss ic2-Micro variable frequency speed regulation device,low-voltage appliances,and proximity switch sensors were used to complete the upgrading of the RGV bearing mechanism electrical control system. After the transformation,the shutdown rate of electrical failure of the equipment decreased by 87.9%,the comprehensive production capacity of the production line increased by 38.3%,and the operation and maintenance cost of the equipment was significantly reduced,which could provide a reference for the electrical control system upgrading of the automation production line of the same type. |
