| 以贵州轮胎股份有限公司入选世界经济论坛“灯塔工厂”为切入点，系统分析新一代轮胎智能工厂的建设路径与核心特征。新一代轮胎智能工厂以“智能化制造、平台化协同、数据价值化”为核心理念，通过制造执行系统（MES）全连接、AI质检、无人自动搬运车（AGV）自动物流等关键技术的应用，实现了生产效率提升68%、质量缺陷减少57%、库存水平降低34%的显著成效。本文从技术架构、组织变革、供应链协同3个维度构建新一代轮胎智能工厂的建设框架，为传统制造业数字化转型提供理论参考与实践借鉴。 |

| Taking Guizhou Tyre Co.，Ltd’s selection as a World Economic Forum “Lighthouse Factory” as its starting point，the construction pathway and core characteristics of the new generation smart tire factory were systematically analyzed.The new generation smart tire factory which guided by the core concepts of “intelligent manufacturing，platform-based collaboration，and data value realization” had achieved significant results of a 68% increase in production efficiency，a 57% reduction in quality defects，and a 34% decrease in inventory levels through the application of key technologies such as fully connected manufacturing execution system（MES），artifical intelligence quality inspection，and automated guided vehicle（AGV）automated logistics.This paper constructed a framework for building a new generation smart tire factory from three dimensions：technical architecture，organizational change，and supply chain collaboration，providing theoretical reference and practical guidance for the digital transformation of traditional manufacturing industries. |
