| A systematic and professional in-depth interpretation of the mandatory national standard GB 46035—2025“Rubber and Plastic Machinery－General Safety Requirements”.It began by outlining the revision background and integration logic of the standard，followed by a detailed analysis and technical summary of its core framework，including general safety requirements，ergonomics，safety of control systems，application of various protective devices，and specific safety requirements for equipments such as internal mixers，open mills，extruders，and injection molding machines.Then the discussion focused on the introduction of protection types Ⅰ，Ⅱ and Ⅲ in the standard，along with their corresponding electrical and hydraulic safety circuit design specifications，analyzing their impact on the evolution of mechanical safety concepts.Finally，it was evaluated the profound implications and challenges of implementing this standard for equipment manufacturers，users，inspection agencies，and the entire rubber and plastic industry chain，while also highlighting its significance in enhancing intrinsic safety levels，promoting technological innovation，and facilitating international trade. |
