| 研究牌号为970的异戊橡胶（IR）替代天然橡胶（NR）在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明：当IR-970替代量为50份以下时，胶料的硫化特性、加工性能、物理性能和动态力学性能相当；当IR-970完全替代NR时，胶料的综合性能下降；当IR-970替代量为10份时，成品轮胎的强度性能和耐久性能提高，同时生产成本降低。 |

| The application of isoprene rubber（IR） with grade 970 as a substitute for natural rubber（NR） in the tread compound of all-steel truck and bus radial tires was studied.The results showed that when the substitution amount of IR-970 was less than 50 phr，the vulcanization characteristics，processability，physical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of the compound were comparable.When IR-970 completely replaced NR，the comprehensive performance of the compound decreased.When the substitution amount of IR-970 was 10 phr，the strength and durability of the finished tire were improved，while the production cost was reduced. |
