| 分析低顺式聚丁二烯橡胶生产过程中凝胶产生的原因，并提出相应的控制措施。通过采取控制聚合釜内杂质含量、适当提高溶剂用量、采用新型高效抗氧剂体系、控制汽提单元胶粒水的pH值在6～9、控制偶联剂加入时间及优化后处理干燥设备运行参数等措施，降低了凝胶含量，提高了产品质量，实现了生产装置长周期平稳运行。 |

| The causes of gel formation during production of low cis-polybutadiene rubber were analyzed，and corresponding control measures were proposed.By implementing measures such as controlling impurity content in the polymerization reactor，appropriately increasing solvent dosage，adopting a new high-efficiency antioxidant system，maintaining the pH value of the latex slurry in the stripping unit between 6 and 9，controlling the adding time of coupling agent，and optimizing the operating parameters of the post-processing drying equipment，the gel content was reduced，product quality was improved，and stable long-term operation of the production unit was achieved. |
