      分析全钢载重子午线轮胎胶边产生的原因,并提出解决措施。结果表明:轮胎胶边分为挤胶式和溢胶式两类,主要发生在胎肩部位;当胎坯分型面位置宽度超出模具分型面位置宽度、胎面滚压后宽度增幅过大、模具花纹块与侧板间隙大于0.03 mm、花纹块分型面间隙大于0.02 mm时,胶边缺陷率显著上升;通过优化胎面设计、调整成型滚压参数、硫化工艺参数及模具精度等措施,可将杂胶率由7.6%~12%降至0.2%~0.3%;针对解决胶边缺陷建立了“过程符合性核查-胎坯标定-优化措施制定-结果验证评估-标准固化落地”的标准化流程,可为同类缺陷解决提供参考。
英文摘要:
      The causes of rubber edges of all-steel truck and bus radial tires were analyzed,and solutions were proposed.The results showed that tire rubber edges were categorized into extrusion type and overflow type,mainly occurring in the shoulder area of tire.When the width of green tire exceeded the width of mold at the parting surface position,the tread width increment after rolling was too large,the gap between the mold pattern block and the side plate exceeded 0.03 mm,and the gap between the pattern block parting surface exceeded 0.02 mm,the defect rate of rubber edge significantly increased.By optimizing the tread design,adjusting the build rolling parameters,vulcanization process parameters,and mold accuracy,the hybridization rate could be reduced from 7.6%~12% to 0.2%~0.3%.A standardized process of "process compliance verification-green tire calibration-optimization measures formulation-result verification evaluation-standard solidification implementation" was established to solve rubber edge defect,which could provide reference for solving similar defects.
