| 对溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)生产用溶剂环戊烷的储罐敞开式切水系统进行改造,采用密闭切水系统解决环戊烷挥发以及混入污水系统等问题。分析环戊烷的特性与储罐流程设计以及敞开式切水的隐患,介绍密闭切水系统的安全环保优势、组成与工作原理,提出稳定运行管理要点,并对密闭切水系统运行综合效益进行评估。结果表明,采用密闭切水器将分离的含溶剂水相统一收集在密闭储罐,最后送入汽提单元,并使用智能系统实现自动切水,可减少挥发性有机物(VOCs)的排放以及消除环戊烷进入污水系统的隐患,每年可减小VOCs排放量16.55 kg,节约工时约91.2 h,提高工作效率。 |

| The open water cutting system for storage tank of solvent cyclopentane used in solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber(SSBR)production was modified,and a closed water cutting system was adopted to solve the problems of cyclopentane volatilization and mixing with sewage system.The characteristics of cyclopentane,design of storage tank processes,and the hazard of open water cutting were analyzed.The safety and environmental advantages,composition and work principles of closed water cutting systems were introduced,the key points for stable operation management were proposed,the comprehensive benefits of closed water cutting system operation were evaluated.The results showed that using a closed water cutting device to collect the separated solvent containing aqueous phase in a closed storage tank,finally sending it to the stripping unit,and using an intelligent system to achieve automatic water cutting,could reduce the emission of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) and eliminate the hazard of cyclopentane entering the sewage system.The annual VOCs emission could be reduced by 16.55 kg,saving about 91.2 h of work time and improving work efficiency. |
