| 研究石墨烯在航空轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:采用石墨烯直接部分替代炭黑N339时,石墨烯在橡胶基体中的分散性较差,随着石墨烯用量的增大,胶料的物理性能降低;将石墨烯与天然胶乳预混制成石墨烯共混母胶(简称石墨烯母胶),可提高石墨烯在橡胶基体中的分散性;采用石墨烯母胶部分替代炭黑N339时,随着石墨烯母胶用量的增大,胶料的拉伸性能和耐磨性能呈先提高后下降的趋势,当石墨烯母胶用量为40份(即石墨烯用量为4份)左右时胶料的拉伸性能和耐磨性能最好;随着石墨烯母胶用量的增大,胶料的生热降低,当石墨烯用量达到10份时,胶料的压缩疲劳温升降低8.1%,有利于延长航空轮胎的使用寿命。 |

| The application of graphene in tread compound of aviation tire was studied.The results showed that when graphene was directly applied to partially replace carbon black N339,its dispersion in the rubber matrix was poor,and the physical properties of the compound deteriorated as the graphene amount increased.By pre-mixing graphene with natural rubber latex to form a graphene master batch,the dispersion of graphene in the rubber matrix could be improved.When the graphene master batch partially replaced carbon black N339,as the graphene master batch amount increased,the tensile properties and wear resistance of the compound were first improved and then declined,and achieved the optimal level when the graphene master batch amount was approximately 40 phr(i.e.4 phr graphene).As the graphene master batch amount increased,the heat build-up of the compound decreased.When the graphene amount was 10 phr,the compression fatigue temperature rise of the compound was reduced by 8.1%,which could extend the service life of aviation tires. |
