      研究炭黑偏析的定量表征及其对并用胶性能的影响。结果表明:动态热机械分析法和结合胶-热重分析法表征炭黑偏析程度的结果相近;当天然橡胶(NR)和顺丁橡胶(BR)并用时,炭黑偏析于BR相中,通过调整混炼工艺,增大NR中炭黑的添加量,可以减弱炭黑偏析程度,提高硫化胶的拉伸性能和耐磨性能。
英文摘要:
      The quantitative characterization of carbon black segregation and its impact on properties of rubber blend were studied.The results showed that,dynamic mechanical analysis method and bound rubber-thermogravimetric analysis method in characterizing the segregation degree of carbon black possessed similar results.When natural rubber(NR) and styrene-butadiene rubber (BR) were blended,carbon black tended to segregate into the BR phase.By adjusting the mixing process and increasing the carbon black content in the NR,the segregation degree of carbon black could be reduced,thereby improving the tensile properties and abrasion resistance of the vulcanizate.
