      研究接枝丙烯酸酯类单体改性环氧化NR(以下简称改性NR)在高性能轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:改性NR用量从5份增大到15份,胶料的硫化速率变化不大,定伸应力、耐磨性能和抗湿滑性能提高;添加15份改性NR同时炭黑用量减小10份的胶料拉伸性能和耐磨性能与NR胶料相当,滚动阻力显著减小(降低20.3%);与NR胶料相比,改性NR胶料具有较大的拉伸强度、较好的耐磨性能(提升18.8%)和抗湿滑性能(提升51%),可为高性能轮胎设计提供支持。
英文摘要:
      The application of modified epoxidized natural rubber(NR) with grafted acrylic monomers(hereinafter referred to as modified NR) in tread compound of high-performance tire was studied.The results showed that the dosage of modified NR increased from 5 phr to 15 phr,the vulcanization rate of the compounds changed little,the modulus,wear resistance and wet skid resistance were improved.Adding 15 phr modified NR while reducing 10 phr carbon black dosage,the tensile properties and wear properties of the compound were equivalent to that of NR compound,and the rolling resistance was significantly reduced by 20.3%.Compared with NR compound,modified NR compound had higher tensile strength,better wear resistance(improved by 18.8%) and wet skid resistance(improved by 51%),which could provide support for high-performance tire design.
