      研究肩部花纹细沟槽数量对轮胎性能的影响。结果表明,随着肩部花纹细沟槽数量的增大,轮胎的横向刚度、纵向刚度、滚动阻力、操纵稳定性和制动性能呈劣化趋势,舒适性提升。在进行轮胎花纹设计时,可以根据轮胎的特定性能要求,通过适当地设计花纹块细沟槽的数量和位置分布等,使轮胎性能达到最佳。
英文摘要:
      The influence of the number of sipes in the shoulder pattern on tire performance was studied.The results indicateed that as the number of sipes in the shoulder pattern increased,the lateral stiffness,longitudinal stiffness,rolling resistance,handling stability,and braking performance of the tire showed a trend of deterioration,while the comfortability was improved.When designing tire patterns,the optimal performance of the tire could be achieved by appropriately designing the number and distribution of sipes in the pattern blocks based on the specific performance requirements of the tire.
