| 建立一种基于化学滴定法的预分散母胶粒中六次甲基四胺（HMTA）含量测定方法。结果表明：该方法设备简单、操作便捷、测试结果准确、重复性好，可满足橡胶助剂企业对预分散母胶粒的快速检验与质量控制需求。通过准确测定HMTA含量，可有效保障胶料配方的投料准确性，从而实现对胶料性能的稳定控制。 |

| The method for determining the content of hexamethylenetetramine（HMTA） in pre-dispersed masterbatch particles based on chemical titration was established.The results showed that，the method was simple in equipment，convenient to operate，accurate in test results and had good reproducibility，meeting the rapid inspection and quality control needs of rubber additive enterprises for pre-dispersed masterbatch particles.By accurately determining the HMTA content，the feeding accuracy of the compound formula could be effectively guaranteed，thus achieving stable control of the compound properties. |
