| 研究前处理方法对含卤素橡胶胶料中无机物含量测试结果的影响。结果表明：与加硫酸灰化的硫化胶相比，直接灰化的硫化胶的灰分含量明显偏小；采用直接灰化法对硫化胶进行前处理，硫化胶中氧化锌含量的测试结果明显偏小；采用加硫酸灰化法和微波消解法对硫化胶进行前处理，硫化胶中氧化锌含量的测试结果接近，且与理论值相当；3种方法前处理的硫化胶中氧化镁含量的测试结果没有显著差异。 |

| The influence of pre-treatment methods on the test results of inorganic content in halogenated rubber compound was studied.The results showed that compared to sulfuric acid ashed vulcanizate，the ash content of directly ashed vulcanizate was significantly lower.The direct ashing method was used for the pretreatment of vulcanizate，and the test results of zinc oxide content in vulcanizate were significantly lower.The sulfuric acid ashing method and microwave digestion method were used for the pretreatment of vulcanizate，the test results of zinc oxide content in vulcanizate were close and comparable to theoretical values.The test results of magnesium oxide content in the vulcanizate pretreated by the three methods had no significant difference. |
