      介绍一种小角度压力分配式复合胎侧预口型(简称改进预口型)。分析复合胎侧结构的特殊性与挤出过程稳定性的关联。采用改进预口型改变胎侧的挤出形式,使趾口耐磨胶和胎侧软胶复合区域尺寸更加精准,提高了复合胎侧的合格率与挤出过程稳定性,经济效益可观。成品轮胎试验结果表明,趾口部位外观正常,轮胎耐久性能良好,满足标准要求。
英文摘要:
      A small angle pressure distribution predie for composite sidewall(referred to as the improved predie) was introduced.The correlation between the special characteristics of the composite sidewall structure and the stability of the extrusion process was analyzed.The improved predie was adopted to change the extrusion form of the sidewall,maked the more precise size of the toe wear-resistant compound and soft sidewall compound in the composite area,improved the qualification rate and extrusion process stability of the composite sidewall,with considerable economic benefits.The test results of the finished tire showed that the appearance of the toe was normal,the tire durability was good,meeting the standard requirements.
