      研究硫黄用量对胶料与钢丝帘线粘合性能及界面微观结构的影响。结果表明:硫黄用量为5和7.5份时胶料与钢丝帘线的粘合强度较硫黄用量为2.5份时明显增大;通过透射电子显微镜分析界面微观结构,采用相同铜含量的铜箔代替钢丝帘线与胶料进行粘合,粘合界面生成物的物相均为面心立方晶体结构Cu1.81S,界面生成物的厚度和致密性随着硫黄用量的增大而增大。
英文摘要:
      The effect of sulfur dosage on the bonding performance between rubber compound and steel cord,as well as the interfacial microstructure were studied.The results showed that the bonding strength significantly increased at sulfur dosages of 5 and 7.5 phr compared to 2.5 phr.The microstructure of the interface were analyzed by transmission electron microscope,copper foil with equivalent copper content was substituted for steel cord to bond with rubber compound,The phase of the bonding interface product was a face centered cubic crystal structure Cu1.81S,and the thickness and density of the interface product increased with the increase of sulfur content.
