中文摘要:
      研究测试参数(夹持距离、频率、升温速率、循环加载次数和试样状态)对橡胶动态热机械分析(DMA)测试结果的影响。结果表明,当夹持距离为20~30 mm,测试频率为5~20 Hz,循环加载次数为10—20,升温速率为2 K·min-1,试样状态为经过预拉伸的2次测试时,DMA测试结果较为稳定且效率 较高。
英文摘要:
      The effect of testing parameters(clamping distance,frequency,heating rate,cycle loading times and sample state) on the dynamic thermo mechanical analysis(DMA) testing results of rubber was studied.The results showed that when the clamping distance was 20~30 mm,the testing frequency was 5~20 Hz,the cycle loading times was 10—20,the heating rate was 2 K · min-1 and the sample state was twice test by pre stretched ,the DMA testing results were relatively stable and high efficiency.
