| 采用丁苯橡胶(SBR)和硬质沥青颗粒对70#沥青进行复合改性,制备SBR改性低标号沥青,研究其高低温性能。结果表明:随着硬质沥青颗粒掺量的增大,低标号沥青的针入度和延度减小,软化点升高,粘度增大,当硬质沥青颗粒掺量超过25%后延度试验试样出现脆断,低标号沥青存在低温性能缺陷;随着SBR掺量的增大,SBR改性低标号沥青的针入度、135 ℃粘度和延度增大,软化点升高,SBR的掺加能够修正由于硬质沥青颗粒导致的低温性能衰减,SBR改性低标号沥青抵抗高温变形能力较优,车辙因子约为SBS改性沥青的2倍,低温蠕变性能介于70#沥青和SBS改性沥青之间。 |

| Styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) and hard asphalt particles were used to composite modified 70# asphalt,preparation of SBR modified low-grade asphalt,the high temperature and low temperature properties were studied.The results showed that,with the content of hard asphalt particles increased,the penetration and ductility of the low-grade asphalt decreased,softening point and viscosity increased.When the content of hard asphalt particles exceeded 25%,the ductility test specimens exhibited brittle fracture,indicating a deficiency in the low temperature performance of the low-grade asphalt.With the content of SBR increased,the penetration,softening point,viscosity at 135 °C and ductility of the SBR modified low-grade asphalt increased,the addition of SBR could mitigate the degradation in low temperature performance caused by the hard asphalt particles,the SBR modified low-grade asphalt demonstrated superior resistance to high temperature deformation,the rutting factor was approximately twice that of SBS modified asphalt,the low temperature creep performance fell between that of 70# asphalt and SBS modified asphalt. |
