| 建立一种高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定混炼胶中游离硫含量的方法。结果表明，以环己烷/乙醇混合溶液（体积比为1∶1）为萃取溶剂，经超声萃取40 min可将混炼胶中游离硫萃取完全，萃取液中游离硫含量采用HPLC外标法可准确定量。该方法操作简便，结果准确可靠，可用于轮胎生产中混炼胶的质量
监控。 |

| A high-performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method was established to determine the free sulfur content in rubber compound.The results showed that using a cyclohexane/ethanol mixed solution （volume ratio of 1∶1） as the extraction solvent and ultrasonic extraction for 40 minutes，the free sulfur in the rubber compound could be completely extracted.The free sulfur content in the extraction solution could be accurately quantified by HPLC external standard method.This method was easy to operate，accurate and reliable in results，and could be used for quality monitoring of rubber compound in tire production. |
