      采用高效液相色谱法和外标法测定1,3-双(柠糠酰亚胺甲基)苯(抗硫化返原剂PK900)的有效成分含量。测试条件为:C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);柱温 40 ℃,流动相 乙腈/水(体积比75∶25),流速 1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长 254 nm,进样量 20 μL。结果表明,该方法易于操作,测试结果重复性好。
英文摘要:
      The active ingredient content of 1,3-bis(twist furfuryl imide methyl) benzene(anti-reversion agent PK900) were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and external standard method.The testing conditions were:C18 chromatographic column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),column temperature  40 ℃,mobile phase acetonitrile/water(volume ratio was 75∶25),flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1,detection wavelength 254 nm,injection volume 20 μL.The results indicated that this method was easy to operate and had good repeatability in test results.
