      研究在白炭黑/炭黑复合填充载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中采用环保型促进剂DPT替代促进剂DPG的应用效果。结果表明,采用促进剂DPT减量替代促进剂DPG,胶料的交联密度、硫化速度和物理性能有所提高,填料分散性和加工安全性降低。尽管促进剂DPT可以弥补促进剂DPG在环保性方面的缺陷,但实际应用时需对配方进行优化。
英文摘要:
      The application of using environmentally friendly accelerator DPT instead of accelerator DPG in silica/carbon black composite filled tread compound of truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that using accelerator DPT in reduced weight instead of accelerator DPG,the crosslinking density,vulcanization speed and physical properties of the vulcanizate were improved,while the dispersibility of fillers and processing safety were reduced.Although accelerator DPT can compensate for the environmental deficiencies of accelerator DPG,the formula needs to be optimized for practical application.
