| 研究3种模具结构对山形组合橡胶密封圈质量的影响。结果表明：采用封闭式高锥面配合结构模具，上模制备丁腈橡胶（NBR）山形密封圈、下模制备NBR夹布山形密封圈，形成的山形组合密封圈产品外观优良、质量稳定且合格率高，有利于减少材料损耗，提高企业利润率。 |

| The influence of three mold structures on the quality of mountain-shaped combined rubber seal ring was studied.The results showed that using the mold with a closed high cone surface matching structure，the nitrile rubber（NBR） mountain-shaped seal ring was prepared with upper mold and NBR sandwich fabric mountain-shaped seal ring was prepared with lower mold，a mountain-shaped combined seal ring product was formed with excellent appearance，stable quality，and high qualification rate，which was conducive to reducing material loss and improving enterprise profitability. |
