      利用Sigmasoft硫化仿真,通过对齿轮箱弹性支撑不同硫化工艺条件下温度变化过程进行分析,得出不同位置胶料出模时及空冷1 h的硫化程度。对比分析计算出胶料最佳硫化温度和时间,以此优化传统工艺条件,为新产品提供工艺参考。通过齿轮箱弹性支撑新旧工艺仿真分析和生产发现,仿真所得新工艺可以缩短硫化时间,提高产品生产效率和性能稳定性。
英文摘要:
      Sigmasoft vulcanization simulation was used to analyze the temperature variation process of the gearbox elastic support under different vulcanization process conditions,and the vulcanization degrees of the compound at different positions after opening mold and 1 hour of air cooling were determined.Through comparative analysis,the optimal vulcanization temperature and time for the compound were calculated,thereby traditional process conditions was optimized,and process references for new products were provided.Through simulation analysis and production of the new and old processes for the elastic support of the gearbox,it was found that the new process obtained through simulation could shorten the vulcanization time,improve production efficiency and enhance product performance stability.
