      采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)进行不同橡胶体系的变温硫化反应动力学研究。结果表明:DSC可以很好地表征橡胶的硫化反应过程,拟合结果计算可得不同胶料的反应活化能为86.45~112.57 kJ·mol-1,反应频率因子为9.65×107~8.23×1010,反应级数均为0.9;对于含有酚醛树脂的硫化体系,DSC曲线可以较好地分辨树脂的固化反应。
英文摘要:
      Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) was used to study the kinetics of variable temperature vulcanization reaction of different compound.The results showed that DSC could characterize the vulcanization reaction process of rubber well,and the reaction activation energy of rubber compounds with different vulcanization systems was 86.45~112.57 kJ·mol-1,the frequency factor was9.65×107~8.23×1010,and the reaction order was 0.9.
