对比研究环保促进剂SPAM DS和传统促进剂DOTG对乙烯丙烯酸酯橡胶(AEM)胶料性能的影响,并采用回归分析法进一步研究炭黑N550和促进剂SPAM DS用量对AEM胶料性能的影响。结果表明:两种促进剂对AEM胶料的性能影响相差不大,说明促进剂SPAM DS可以有效替代促进剂DOTG;在本工作正交试验设定的范围内,炭黑N550用量对AEM胶料性能影响更为显著;AEM胶料的硬度和拉伸强度总体上随着炭黑N550和促进剂SPAM DS用量的增大而提高,而拉断伸长率和压缩永久变形随着炭黑N550用量的增大呈现先提高后降低的趋势;根据回归分析法建立的数学模型可以较准确地预测AEM胶料各项性能随炭黑550和促进剂SPAM DS用量变化而变化的趋势。 |

The effects of accelerator SPAM DS and DOTG on the properties of ethylene acrylate rubber(AEM)compound were studied.Using regression analysis method to study the effect of carbon black N550 and accelerator SPAM DS dosage on the properties of AEM compound.The results showed that there was little difference in effects of two kinds of accelerators on the properties of AEM compound,indicating that accelerator SPAM DS can effectively replace accelerator DOTG.Within the range set by the orthogonal experiment in this work,the dosage of carbon black N550 had more significant effect on the properties of AEM compound.The hardness and tensile strength of AEM compound generally increase with the increased of carbon black N550 and accelerator SPAM DS dosage,while the elongation at break and compression permanent deformation showed a trend of first increasing and then decreased with the increase of carbon black N550 dosage.The mathematical model established based on regression analysis could accurately predict the trend of changes of various properties of AEM compound with the change of carbon black 550 and accelerator SPAM DS dosage. |
