对比研究两种生物基增塑剂(10227和10229)和不同闪点的石蜡油(SUNPAR 2280和Plaxene 1100)对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)性能的影响。结果表明:采用生物基增塑剂的EPDM胶料的耐低温和压缩永久变形性能优于采用石蜡油的EPDM胶料;采用生物基增塑剂10227的EPDM胶料的耐热老化性能优于采用生物基增塑剂10229的EPDM胶料,与采用石蜡油SUNPAR 2280的EPDM胶料相近。 |

The effects of two bio-based plasticizers(10227 and 10229) and paraffin oil(SUNPAR2280 and P1100) with different flash points on the properties of EPDM were studied.The results showed that the low temperature resistance and compression set property of EPDM compounds filled with bio-based plasticizers were better than those of EPDM compounds filled with paraffin oil.The aging resistance of EPDM compound filled with bio-based plasticizers 10227 were better than those of EPDM compound filled with bio-based plasticizers 10229,which were similar to those of EPDM compound filled with paraffin oil SUNPAR 2280. |
