      研究采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)测试天然橡胶的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)的影响因素。结果表明:升温速率及保温程序对天然橡胶的Tg测试结果影响较大,在一定范围内改变载气气氛、气体流速、试样质量均对天然橡胶的Tg测试结果无明显影响。本试验确定的天然橡胶Tg测试优选条件为:在氮气气氛下,升温速率为10 ℃·min-1,气体流速为50 mL·min-1,保温程序为在-80 ℃条件下保温10 min,试样质量为10 mg。
英文摘要:
      Factors affecting the determination of glass transition temperature(Tg) of natural rubber by differential scanning calorimetry,and the results showed that heating rate and insulation program have a significant impact on Tg of natural rubber,changing the carrier gas atmosphere,gas flow rate,and sample mass within a certain range has no significant effect on the Tg test results of natural rubber.The optimal conditions for Tg testing of natural rubber determined in this experiment were:under a nitrogen atmosphere,the heating rate was 10 ℃·min-1,the gas flow rate was 50 mL·min-1,the insulation program was to maintain the temperature at -80 ℃ for 10 minutes,and the mass of sample was 10 mg.
