      建立微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定硫化胶中铅含量的方法。样品直接用微波高温快速消解,消解液稀释处理后采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铅含量。结果表明:在铅质量浓度为0~10.0 μg·L-1范围内,标准曲线线性关系良好,相关因数为0.999 8;硫化胶中铅含量检出限为0.13 μg·g-1,加标回收率为93.12%~101.25%,6次平行测试相对标准偏差为3.34%。该方法简便、快速,基体干扰少,测试结果准确。
英文摘要:
      A method for determining lead content in vulcanizate was established using microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy.The sample was directly digested by microwave at high temperature,and the digestion solution was diluted and treated. The lead content was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy.The results indicated that,at a lead mass concentration of 0~10.0 μg·L-1,the standard curve had a good linear relationship with a correlation factor of 0.999 8.The detection limit for lead content in vulcanizate was 0.13 μg·g-1,with a recovery rate of 93.12% to 101.25%,and a relative standard deviation of 3.34% for six parallel tests.This method is simple,fast,with minimal matrix interference,and accurate test results.
