      研究4+3×0.35ST钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层中的应用。结果表明,4+3×0.35ST钢丝帘线替代3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线用于全钢子午线轮胎带束层中,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、高速性能和耐久性能相当,强度性能提高,质量和成本减小,且带束层刚性提高,行驶中冠部变形小、生热低,有效减少了胎肩和胎冠脱层问题。
英文摘要:
      The application of 4+3×0.35ST steel cord in belt of all-steel truck and bus radial tire was investigated.The results showed that using 4+3×0.35ST steel cord in the belt of all-steel truck and bus radial tire by replacement of 3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord,the inflated peripheral dimension,high-speed performance and durability of the tire were similar,the strength performance was improved,the weight and cost were reduced,and the belt rigidity increased,so the crown deformation during driving was reduced,and heat generation was low,effectively reducing the problem of shoulder and crown delamination.
