      研究密炼工艺对高用量纤维填充三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)绝热层性能的影响。结果表明,高用量纤维填充EPDM绝热层的最优密炼工艺为,设置转子转速为50 r·min-1,投入EPDM塑炼2 min后加入纤维A混炼2 min,然后调整转子转速为30 r·min-1,加入纤维B、偶联剂A和1/3白炭黑混炼5 min,加入其他助剂混炼5 min。采用该密炼工艺的高用量纤维填充EPDM绝热层的物理性能和耐烧蚀性能最好,且最 稳定。
英文摘要:
      The effect of internal mixing process on the properties of high dosage fiber filled EPDM insulation layer was studied.The results showed that the optimal internal mixing process of high dosage fiber filled EPDM insulation layer was to first set the rotor speed of the internal mixer at 50 r·min-1,put EPDM into plastic mixing for 2 min,and then add fiber A to mix for 2 min,adjust the rotor speed to 30 r·min-1,add fiber B,couple agent A and 1/3 silica to mix for 5 min,and finally add other additives to mix for 5 min.The high dosage fiber filled EPDM insulation layer with this optimal internal mixing process had the best and stable physical properties,ablation resistance.
