      研究炭黑NC803在全钢子午线轮胎胎肩垫胶中的应用。炭黑NC803是一种高结构度、较低比表面积、较大粒径的非标准炭黑,其独特之处是炭黑表面的官能团较多,能与橡胶发生更多的交联。试验结果表明:在胎肩垫胶中采用22.5份炭黑NC803等量替代炭黑N375,可以提高胶料的定伸应力和拉伸强度,同时降低生热,解决胎肩垫胶的生热问题;与炭黑N375相比,炭黑NC803具有更低的滞后性,同时具有成本和环保优势。
英文摘要:
      The application of carbon black NC803 in the shoulder pad compound of all-steel radial tire was studied. Carbon black NC803 was a non-standard carbon black with high structural degree,lower specific surface area,and larger particle size. Its unique feature was that the surface of carbon black NC803 had more functional groups,which could undergo more cross-linking with rubber. The test results showed that using 22. 5 phr carbon black NC803 to replace carbon black N375 with the same amount in the shoulder pad compound,the modulus and tensile strength of the compound were improved,and the heat build-up was reduced. Compared with carbon black N375,carbon black NC803 had lower hysteresis,as well as cost and environmental advantages.
