      通过试验设计法和有限元分析,结合Abaqus软件对轮胎建模进行花纹湿地排水仿真分析,研究直行和转向两种行驶条件下轮胎花纹主沟宽度和主沟位置分布对排水特性的影响规律及显著性。结果表明:在直行滑水和转向滑水行驶条件下,主沟宽度的影响均比主沟位置分布的影响显著;胎肩主沟宽度大于中心主沟宽度、主沟趋向胎肩分布,抗直行滑水性能较好;中心主沟宽度大于肩部主沟宽度、主沟趋向中心分布,抗转向滑水性能较好。
英文摘要:
      The experimental design was carried out by using the finite element method(FEM).The tire was modeled by Abaqus software,the simulation of pattern drainage on wetland was carried out,and the influence rule and significance of the width and position distribution of longitudinal grooves on drainage characteristics under straight driving and turning driving conditions were studied.The results showed that,under straight driving and turning driving conditions,the influence of the width of longitudinal grooves was more significant than the position distribution of longitudinal grooves.When the width of the shoulder longitudinal grooves on the tire was larger than that of the central longitudinal grooves,the longitudinal grooves were distributed towards the shoulder of the tire,the better the hydroplaning resistance under straight driving condition was.When the width of the central longitudinal grooves was larger than that of the shoulder longitudinal grooves,the longitudinal grooves tended towards the center distribution,the better the hydroplaning resistance under turning driving condition was.
