      研究木质素ECOLIG-75替代防老剂TMQ以及与防老剂6PPD和防护石蜡并用在丁苯橡胶/天然橡胶胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:与防老剂TMQ胶料相比,木质素ECOLIG-75胶料具有较大的交联密度,物理性能基本相当,耐臭氧老化性能较好;木质素ECOLIG-75与防老剂6PPD并用时的热氧老化防护效果优于单用防老剂6PPD。木质素ECOLIG-75无毒、无污染,是防老剂TMQ的可持续环保替代品。
英文摘要:
      The application of lignin ECOLIG-75 instead of antioxidant TMQ and in combination with antioxidant 6PPD and protective paraffin in styrene butadiene rubber(SBR)/natural rubber(NR) tread compound was studied.The results showed that,compared with the compound with antioxidant TMQ,the compound with lignin ECOLIG-75 had larger cross-linking density,the physical properties were basically the same,and the ozone aging resistance was better.The protective effect of thermal oxygen aging of lignin ECOLIG-75 and antioxidant 6PPD blending was better than that of antioxidant 6PPD alone.The lignin ECOLIG-75 was non-toxic and non-polluting,and it was a sustainable and environmental friendly substitute for antioxidant TMQ.
