      基于有限元分析软件Ansys建立O形圈和矩形圈的有限元分析模型,分析对比预安装、介质压力、尺寸公差波动对两种密封圈接触压力和径向力等密封性能参数的影响。结果表明:预安装时,O形圈和矩形圈的接触压力分布差异明显,矩形圈的密封性能参数明显大于O形圈;承受介质压力时,O形圈和矩形圈的密封性能参数均随着介质压力的提高而提高,但矩形圈径向力随着介质压力的提高而提高的速度大于O形圈;尺寸公差波动时,O形圈和矩形圈的密封性能参数均随着尺寸的减小而降低,截面尺寸波动对O形圈和矩形圈密封性能参数的影响远大于内径尺寸波动的影响。
英文摘要:
      Based on the finite element analysis software Ansys,the finite element analysis models of O-ring and rectangular ring were established,and the influence of pre-installation,medium pressure,dimensional tolerance fluctuation on the sealing performance parameters such as contact pressure and radial force of these two sealing rings was analyzed and compared.The results showed that the contact pressure distribution of the O-ring and the rectangular ring were obviously different,and the sealing performance parameters of the rectangular ring were obviously larger than those of the O-ring.Under medium pressure,the sealing performance parameters of O-ring and rectangular ring increased with the increase of medium pressure,but the radial force of rectangular ring increased with the increase of medium pressure faster than that of O-ring.When the size tolerance fluctuated,the sealing performance parameters of O-ring and rectangular ring decreased with the decrease of size.The influence of section size fluctuation on the sealing performance parameters of O-ring and rectangular ring was greater than those of inner diameter size fluctuation.
