| 研究硅橡胶喷涂产品的喷涂工艺，分析喷涂现场的过程质量管控要点。试验确定的硅橡胶喷涂产品最佳喷涂工艺参数为：喷枪喷嘴出口直径 0.5 mm，喷涂压力 0.7～0.8 MPa，走枪速度 40～60 cm·s-1，喷涂距离 20～25 cm。喷涂现场的过程质量管控包括喷涂前准备环节、喷涂施工环节、喷涂后硫化环节的管控。喷涂施工环节的工序包括待喷涂工件的清洁、非喷涂部位的包裹、喷涂工艺的确定、喷涂后自检和消缺。总结出每个环节的质量管控要点，从而提高硅橡胶喷涂产品的涂层质量。 |

| The spraying process of silicone rubber spray products was studied，and the key points of process quality control of the spraying site were analyzed.The optimal spraying process parameters for silicone rubber spray products determined by the experiment were as followed：the nozzle outlet diameter of the spray gun was 0.5 mm，the spraying pressure was 0.7～0.8 MPa，the spraying speed was 40～60 cm·s-1，and the spraying distance was 20～25 cm.The process quality control of the spraying site included the control of the preparation stage before spraying，the spraying construction stage，and the vulcanization stage after spraying.The process of spraying construction included the cleaning of the workpiece to be sprayed，wrapping of non spraying parts，determination of spraying process，self inspection and defect elimination after spraying.The quality control points of each stages were summarized，so as to improve the coating quality of silicone rubber spray products. |
